In Episode 33, the boys review two "unusual" mounted figures...the Gelagrub and the Dactillion. You'll have to listen to see what they think about this two pieces.
What are your thoughts? Do you often charge (or fly) into battle with either of these beasts?

I pulled a Gelagrub out of Fred Meyer half priced booster It sees moderate use in any Order 66 or Republic squad in casual games at the house that are at least 200 points. No too often in 150 or less. I like the 30 base damage and 80 hit points. Plus I think it just looks cool, even though it stretches into other tiles and I have to arrange him just right when a bunch of other minis are adjacent. The dactillion I have yet to pick up.

I have yet to play the Gelagrub, but I agree with Keith that the HP and damage are solid. I think I should bump them up higher on my squad building to-do list.
We did a tourney a long time back where you had to play at least one Huge. I ran dual Dactillons with Tion/Rieekan/TBSV. It got a lot of laughs, and did OK but not great. It is hard to keep two of them out of each other's way, lol.

You'll be amused in episode #35 when I mention what Brad did.

I used the Dactillion years ago in my accurate uggernaught squad. I'd use his flight and speed 10 to get in position for a good furious assault and then swap the uggernaught in. Great fun.
I tried the Gelagrub with the newer Aayla Secura and Captain Rex, or with General Skywalker. Fun, but not spectacular.
Don't big birds eat grubs?
